    Kinanis LLC absorbed the business of its shareholders which are in the legal and consulting profession since 1983, with local and international dimensions.

    Kinanis Fiduciaries Limited was granted by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), an authorisation pursuant to Article 43 of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) to provide fiduciary services.  This authorisation is subject to the provisions of the Trusts and Trustees Act, any rules issued thereunder and any additional requirement or condition as the Authority may, from time to time, either generally or specifically deem fit to make.

    The firm is staffed with around 80 young, energetic and ambitious professionals, including lawyers, accountants and administrators who provide prompt, efficient and high quality services and who are capable of meeting the current demanding challenges of the local and international business environment.

    Corporate, M&A & Securities: the firm has extensive experience in advisory procedural and transactional matters for JV transactions, M&A, reorganisation and restructuring, due diligence and legal opinions, pre-IPO compliance as well as, IPO and listings in Stock Exchanges both locally and internationally.

    Taxation: the firm provides consulting on all aspects of Cyprus tax law,
    to both corporate and private clients, and assists clients in international tax planning, creating tax efficient corporate structures as well as providing ancillary services.

    Banking & Finance: the firm provides advice on banking and finance transactions consisting of drafting, reviewing and structuring finance projects, including of advising on securities, guarantees, pledges and other encumbrances.

    Incorporations & Management of Companies: the experienced corporate team advises clients on company matters such as incorporation, re-domiciliation, administration and management of Cyprus and overseas companies.     Mr Christos P. Kinanis is the Founder and Managing Partner. Mr Kinanis established the firm in 1983, and since then has managed it. Mr Kinanis’s main areas of practice and expertise are Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Trusts, Commercial Law and Civil and Corporate Litigation. Further he has particular expertise in the drafting of trusts and advising on all estate planning matters and is considered as an expert in these fields of law.

    Mr Charalambos Meivatzis joined the firm in 2006 and is the Head of the Accounting Division and Tax Department. Mr. Meivatzis is a member of the board of directors of the firm and actively participates in all decision making processes. Mr Meivatzis deals with international tax planning, provision of tax consultancy on various income tax and VAT issues faced by the clients of the firm as well as the provision of accounting consulting services based on International Financial Reporting Standards. Further, Mr Meivatzis has considerable experience in advising on all matters involving international tax planning and the setting up and management of tax efficient structures.
