Changing expectations of customers and employees in today’s scene, especially following “The Great Resignation” and ESG, require organisations to become truly people-centric and take a real look at how culture can drive the right behaviors that create favourable business results. It is now even more critical for organisations to build, change or enhance their culture with behaviours that will drive commitment and performance.
