Alexis Dalitis

Alexis Dalitis joined our firm in August 2010 as a Junior Accountant.

Alexis Dalitis holds a BA (Hons) in Economics. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and member of the ICPAC.

Alexis Dalitis is considered as one of the most experienced consultant in the financial services sector in Cyprus specialising in licencing procedures for regulated entities on a global basis. The evolvement of the financial services in 2010 have found Alexis in devoting his career experience in the sector and now can claim of being the most long term experienced consultant of the financial industry in Cyprus. He had the opportunity to educate superiors and subordinaries both within our firm and acting consultants outside our firm.  He has extended knowledge in the Authorizations and Regulation requirements of investment firms within the European Union and third countries and accumulated wide knowledge of the investment firms’ practises and their regulatory needs. Also, he has significant experience on the regulatory and financial aspect for acquisition of investment firms by potential investors.

In addition, Alexis Dalitis has considerable experience and knowledge on the update and maintenance of accounting records in accordance with the International Accounting standards as well as on the audit practises which have been obtained during his employment in the Financial Reporting and Audit and Assurance departments of our firm during the years 2010-2013. During these years he obtained also the general understanding and knowledge in relation to the correct application of the Tax and VAT in Cyprus.

Alexis Dalitis has been appointed as Senior Manager of our i-CAS department and he is responsible for the “Authorizations and Regulation” team of the department.

Andreas Vladimirou

Andreas Vladimirou joined in our firm in June 2008 as an Accountant.

Andreas Vladimirou is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and member of the ICPAC.

Andreas Vladimirou has more than 10 years of professional experience in the financial reporting and accounting service field as well as on the correct application of IFRS’s and accounting principles on entities operating within the Financial Service sector globally.

Andreas Vladimirou has acquired through the years an in depth knowledge on TAX, VAT and International Financial Reporting Standards through his active involvement in projects associated with the regulatory requirements applicable to Investment Firms, including arrangements for the safekeeping of Client Funds.

Andreas Vladimirou is currently a member of the Financial Reporting Department and he is responsible for the management of the department’s engagements and the quality of the deliverables of the department, including contribution and support of the Firm’s new and existing services.

Andreas Vladimirou has been appointed as Senior Manager of our Financial Reporting Department.

Kyriakos Heracleous

Kyriakos Heracleous joined our firm as a Junior Auditor in July 2011.

Kyriakos Heracleous holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and Cyprus Investment Fund Association (CIFA).

During his studies for the professional qualification with our firm has attained the 2nd highest aggregate mark in Cyprus out of the five ACCA Professional Level papers (P1, P2, P3, P6 and P7) in December 2013.

Kyriakos Heracleous has accumulated his experience through providing audit and assurance services to both local and international companies, public and private, operating in various industries and sectors. These include the consumer and industrial products and service sector, the technology, information, communications and entertainment sector, shipping sector and the investment funds and financial services sector (regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Services Authority and International Financial Services Commission).

He has an in depth knowledge and experience with the Cyprus Income Tax Legislation.

Kyriakos Heracleous has been appointed as Senior Manager of our Audit and Assurance Services Department.

Linos Zambas

Linos Zambas joined our firm as an Assistant Manager in May 2015.

Linos Zambas holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Society of Cyprus, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and member of the ICPAC, and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

He has developed his professional experience in audit, tax and accounting services and he has accumulated knowledge derived from providing services to large multi global groups as well as large private and listed entities in the Cyprus and London Stock Exchange.

Linos Zambas has accumulated extended knowledge in working with i-CAS Department and specializes on services provided to investment firms and payment institutions. He has extended experience in working with regulators across the globe such as CySEC, CBC, MFSA, FCA, FSA Seychelles, IFSC Belize, CIMA and ASIC.

In addition, Linos Zambas is responsible for the Corporate Finance Department of the Firm, offering services in relation to valuations of legal entities and domains, using various valuation techniques. In addition, he has been working in developing the corporate transactions section dealing with financial, legal, compliance and regulatory due diligence of legal entities established in various jurisdictions.

Linos Zambas has been appointed as Senior Manager of our i-CAS Department.
