Pafilia’s flagship development ONE has gone on to win first place in the European round of the prestigious International Property Awards just two months after it picked up the five-star award in the country round for the category Best Residential High-rise Development. The award ceremony was held at The Savoy Hotel, in London on Monday 12th December.
Located on Limassol’s most premium avenue, ONE will be the tallest residential seafront tower in Europe. At 170m, the pioneering development will redefine the Limassol skyline and become a beacon of progress, visible from anywhere in the city.
ONE has been conceived and designed by Pafilia and world-renowned master planning, architecture, engineering and interior design firms Atkins, WKK, Burohappold and HBA. Pafilia recently signed the construction contract, worth €77M, with J&P and ACC, marking a significant milestone for the company, the city of Limassol and island as a whole.
The International Property Awards, in association with The Telegraph, is one of the most reputable industry awards, recognised as the highest mark of excellence for property professionals.
