With this in mind, we are proud to welcome our 2026–2027 Lawyer Trainees, marking the beginning of a new chapter for a talented group of aspiring legal professionals and reaffirming the firm’s commitment to developing the next generation of lawyers.

Our programme brings together practical legal experience, structured guidance and close collaboration with experienced practitioners. Supported by a dedicated Partner Mentor and Lawyer Coach, trainees are encouraged to contribute to meaningful work and develop an understanding of both the legal issues before them and the clients whose interests they serve.

The September induction brought colleagues together to welcome the new cohort and introduce them to the firm’s working environment, expectations and culture. It set the tone for a year in which trainees are supported as learners and welcomed as contributing members of their teams.
