All works are expected to be completed in the summer of 2019.
The first phase, which began in September 2016, transformed the area into a large construction site, and upcoming works include port development and infrastructure projects.
The second phase will begin later this year, and will witness the construction of 190 luxury apartments in two residential towers, 29 luxury villas, and a 600-berth full-service marina and boatyard, alongside retail, waterfront dining, and premium lifestyle amenities for residents and visitors.
