BoC retail shares to trade on 2 February 2015

Bank of Cyprus announced recently that the 567,188 ordinary shares resulting from the retail offer will start trading on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Exchange on 2 February 2015.

The retail offer was the third and last phase of the bank’s share capital increase which raised some €1 billion.

At the start of trading 8,922,944,533 ordinary shares will be listed on the main markets of the CSE and ATHEX with a nominal value of €0.10 each.

The ISIN will be common for all the shares and will be CY0104810110. The security code for the CSE and the ATHEX is ΤΡΚΥ/ BOCY and ΚΥΠΡ/BOC respectively.

The listing of the shares was approved by the Board of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and by the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges.
