The Bank of Cyprus announced recently its four major shareholders who own more than 3% of the bank’s share capital.
Specifically, the company Lamesa Holding S.A. which is registered in Panama owns 41,378,235 shares of BoC, or 9.2735% of the bank’s share capital.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development owns 22,401,744 shares of 5.02% of its share capital.
Osome Investments Limited which is registered on the British Virgin Islands owns 14,809,498 or 3.3190%.
Finally, there is Tyrus Capital S.A.M which is registered in Monaco and owns via the companies Tyrus Capital Event Master Fund Limited and TC Four Limited 15,461,831 shares, or 3.465% of the bank’s share capital.
