A business and investment service centre will begin operations in June 2016.
Chairman of the House Committee on Commerce, Zacharias Zachariou, said Tuesday that the centre will be business friendly and aim at promoting business and investments.
The centre will operate in Nicosia and will be co-funded by the EU.
Noting the need for new investments and new businesses in Cyprus, Zachariou said that this could create new jobs, thus reducing unemployment and increasing government`s revenue with a possibility of reducing taxes.
