Cdbbank awarded as Best Corporate Bank in Cyprus

The Cyprus Development Bank (cdbbank) was awarded as the Best Corporate Bank of Cyprus for 2016 by the renowned business magazine Capital Finance International (CFI.co).

In an announcement, cdbbank says that what set the bank apart for distinction is its business excellence and customer-orientated approach. The bank added that the committee of CFI.co congratulated cdbbank on its dedication and excellence in the fields of corporate and commercial banking, its keeping in time with technological developments.

The Acting CEO of cdbbank Giorgos Spyrides said that “this honourary distinction is an important recognition of the constant effort on behalf of the bank to support local businessmen and international customers by providing comprehensive banking solutions.”

Spyrides went on to say that cdbbank is a specialised organization with a business orientation which offers innovative financing services.

“We work with dedication and responsibility to better serve our clients and we will continue to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and the wider economy of our country,” he added.

According to the cdbbank announcement, the CFI.co annual awards are given on the basis of a wide range of criteria which are taken into account in selecting a winner by the committee.
