Cyprus 2026 Tax Updates

Important deadlines are approaching for both companies and individuals.

Temporary Tax Assessment — Companies & Self-Employed (Tax Year 2026)

Cyprus tax resident companies and self-employed individuals may be required to submit a Temporary Tax Assessment estimating their taxable income for the 2026 tax year.

Individual Income Tax Return (Tax Year 2025)

The electronic submission of the 2025 Individual Income Tax Return is now open through the Cyprus Tax Department.

In general, a tax return must be submitted by employees, pensioners and self-employed individuals whose gross annual income exceeded €19,500 during 2025.
