Cyprus Airways launches Larnaca to Rome summer 2020 flights

Larnaca-based Cyprus Airways will operate flights to Rome during Summer 2020 with two weekly flights as part of a schedule of new routes. The flights start on 13 June, every Wednesday and Saturday.

Natalia Popova, Chief Commercial Officer of Cyprus Airways said: “We are absolutely delighted to add this historic city to our network. It’s a magical place, ideal for short breaks, shopping, romantic and family holidays”.

Rome is the second airport in Italy that will be served by Cyprus Airways next summer, as the airline announced last month that Verona will be added in its expanded network. Both Italian cities are popular destinations for Cypriot travellers.

Passengers can book their flights through cyprusairways.com, Cyprus Airways Call Centre (National call free 8000 8111 or international on +357 24000053) or through their travel agent.

In July 2016, Charlie Airlines, a Cyprus registered company, won a tender competition for the right to use the trademark Cyprus Airways for a decade. The company launched flights in June 2017.

Cyprus Airways operates flights to Europe and Middle East. All Cyprus Airways flights operate on Airbus A319 aircraft with a capacity of 144 Economy Class seats.
