Cyprus raised€100 million during a 13 Week Treasury Bills auction recently, according to the Finance Ministry’s Public Debt Management Office.
“The Public Debt Management Office announced that during the 13 Week Treasury Bills Auction, tenders for a total amount of approximately €129m were submitted, out of which, €100m total nominal value have been accepted with a weighted average yield of 0,79%. The accepted yields ranged between 0.47% – 0.94%,” it said.
According to the statement, the issue was oversubscribed by 29%, with tenders totalling some €129m, with total competitive offers and non-competitive offers coming to €51.7m and €77m respectively. The average yield was at 0.79%.
