According to a press release, using the rare opportunity of the International Shipping community gathering in Cyprus, the Cyprus Maritime Administration, in cooperation with the ICS and the Cyprus Shipping Chamber, will be organising a Shipping Ministers Summit from different countries on 10 June.

In the same evening, the Cyprus Shipping Chamber will organise an ‘Official Gala Dinner’ at the Presidential Palace in Nicosia, which has been placed under the auspices and will be attended and addressed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus.

Guests will also include foreign Shipping Ministers, ICS Members, and Senior Cyprus State Officials such as Ministers, Members of Parliament and Business Associates, as well as the Members of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber.

The organization of this very important three-days International Shipping meetings and events, constitutes particular honour for the Cyprus Shipping Chamber as this will allow the International Shipping ’elite’ to learn about its multi-faceted work and acknowledge the importance of the Cyprus Shipping Industry to the Cyprus Economy and Society.
