The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has revoked the operating licence of Mutual Trust Limited, a company based in Cyprus offering fiduciary and secretarial services.
In an announcement CySEC says that the decision to revoke the licence was made since the company violated certain provisions of the law and jeopardises the interests of its customers.
According to CySEC, the company must comply with those provisions it violates within a week. While the company’s licence is revoked, Mutual Trust Limited cannot offer fiduciary and secretarial services.
