Dr. Nitsa Kiliari , President Cyprus Healthcare Tourism

Cyprus was one of the few countries that effectively faced the coronavirus pandemic, thanks to the prompt government action, but also the quality of its healthcare system and its climate.

CyprusProfile.com asked Dr. Nitsa Kiliari President Cyprus Healthcare Tourism what her expectations for the health tourism sector and overall economy are for the year ahead?.

We are optimistic that once the pandemic is over, tourism to Cyprus shall pick up very fast.  Cyprus was one of the few countries that effectively faced the coronavirus pandemic, thanks to the prompt government action, but also the quality of its healthcare system and its climate. Health and wellness tourism shall benefit more, as people realise the need to boost their immune system to protect themselves or recover from the disease.
