During this year’s expo, GRS will be carrying out a workshop alongside their special guest, Hayley Brown, from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, London (CISI).
The workshop, titled, ‘The attraction, retention and professional training of talent in Cyprus for employees and employers in the financial services sector,’ will be presented by GRS’ co-founders, Donna Stephenson & Steve Slocombe, alongside international manager of CISI, Hayley Brown.
The workshop, which will take place on the second day of the expo, will give attendees insight into how to attract and retain top talent in an increasingly competitive market whilst appropriately rewarding and remunerating employees. The workshop will also discuss the challenges faced when performing professional duties whilst highlighting the importance of professional qualifications, compliance and regulation.
