Million euro projects on the Cyprus horizon

Millions of euro worth of investments, from skyscrapers to hotels, malls and golf courses, and luxury homes are being promoted by private investors around Cyprus.

Presented in Sunday’s press, the projects include the €40 million CentralPark Residence created by Marfields Enterprises in the area of the Old GSP Stadium in Nicosia.

A 20-storey skyscraper is planned for Larnaca as well as two-tower luxury blocks of flats on the Makenzie Beach stretch.

Paphos is awaiting a €400 million marina complete with floating restaurants while Ayia Napa anticipates the completion of its marina in 2021. The Ayia Napa marina will also include luxury apartments and detached mansions.

Another marina, in Paralimni, will have space for 300 vessels while the Limassol Del Mar casino project has been drawing interest in the town.
