The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has received a record 284 proposals for its PRE-SEED programme, highlighting growing interest in creating and developing startups with international ambitions in Cyprus.

Cyprus’ property market continued to grow in August, with sale contracts reaching 13,288 during the first eight months of 2026 and activity staying above last year’s levels in every month so far. 

Cyprus’ economy expanded by 3.3 per cent in real terms year on year in the second quarter of 2026, according to a report from the Cyprus Statistical Service (Cystat).
