Nominal GDP grows 0.2% to €17.4bn

Cyprus’ nominal gross domestic product rose 0.2% in 2015 to over €17.4bn after shrinking 3.7% the year before, the statistical service said.

Last year’s real economic growth which takes inflation into account was 1.6%, Cystat said in a statement on its website on Friday. In 2014, Cyprus’ economy shrank 2.5% in real terms.
