Variable-Rate Property Loans: The CJEU Defines the Boundaries of Banks' Transparency Obligations

The Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB) - Ομοσπονδία Εργοδοτών & Βιομηχάνων (ΟΕΒ) has issued guidance for businesses in light of challenges arising from the Middle East crisis, which may affect the conduct of business activities, including companies operating within the British Bases areas that may be required to suspend operations, as well as the general preparedness of businesses in the event of alarm sirens.

The guidance covers, among others:

Basic business preparedness in case of alarm sirens

Employers should ensure that any workplace arrangements adopted in response, such as annual leave, remote working, partial paid leave, or unpaid leave, are properly agreed with employees and implemented in accordance with applicable employment law and internal policies.
