Plans for multi-million euro Limassol seafront renovation project

Plans to breathe new life into a section of seafront in Limassol have been unveiled.

Mayor Andreas Christou has confirmed a €5 million project to carry out improvements to the waterfront area, with the money hopefully coming from the EU’s structural fund.

If the application to Brussels is successful, the money will be spent on refurbishing public buildings, restaurants and homes stretching from the harbour to the Crowne Plaza area.
