President Nicos Anastasiades met recently with the DELEK’s president to discuss issues concerning the company’s involvement in developing and producing natural gas for commercial purposes.
According to the press, DELEK had asked for the meeting with Anastasiades to make clear there is strong interest from the Israeli side in buying a share from US-based Noble in Block 12.
The two men discussed issues of development and production, following recent declarations highlighting the commerciality of natural gas in the Aphrodite field.
