Seminar: Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting

The objective of the seminar is to assist participants in understanding the needs and regulatory requirements regarding the preparation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting, based on the relevant EU Directive and Cyprus Legislation.

The trainers of this course will explain the concept of materiality and its importance in CSR Reporting. They will also discuss both the challenges of materiality assessments and methods to approach them. Furthermore, they will present the assessment process for the effective preparation of a CSR report, based on the Global Reporting Initiative Guidelines (GRI G4). A case study will provide an opportunity for the attendees to work in groups in order to identify the key stakeholders of the organization, which will be used for the case study, as well as to perform a high level assessment of the potential material aspects which should be reported under CSR.

The seminar will be conducted in English.
