This course is based the Project Management Institute Block of Knowledge, the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard and Standards Australia HB 327:2010 (Communicating and Consulting about risk). The course will guide participants through the project risk management process, and the principles of risk communication, consultation, monitoring and review. Upon completion of the course participants shall be in a position to identify and evaluate the stakeholders in any project, shall be able to develop an effective project risk communication and consultation plan shall be equipped to develop a project risk monitoring and review process.
