Two new jets for TUS Airways

The Cyprus-based TUS Airways: 'The Ultimate Schedule' continues to grow, expanding its fleet with the addition of two Fokker 100 Jets.

The acquiring of the new aircrafts was deemed necessary for the airline to meet the rising demand, as well as to be able to offer Cypriot travelers additional routes and a higher frequency of flights.

The two jets have already arrived directly from Fokker’s factory in south Netherlands to TUS’ hub at Larnaca International Airport, and the first one of them has already started operating flights from Larnaca to the Greek islands and Tel Aviv. The second jet will start operating flights soon.

The Fokker 100, produced by the Dutch aircraft manufacturer Fokker, is a 100 seats jet which offers travelers maximum comfort and spacious leg room, while allowing fast boarding of flights.

The Fokker jets are highly regarded as efficient, reliable and fast aircrafts and aside TUS Airways it is an aircraft of choice and indispensable part of the fleet of prestigious airlines.

In addition to its expanding fleet, TUS has launched a series of new direct flights from Larnaca to the Greek islands.

As a sign of its continuous success and growth, TUS expands its routes flying directly to Skiathos, Kefalonia, Kos and Samos offering Cypriot travelers the chance to visit some of the most popular and beautiful Greek islands, enjoying the comfort and the convenient timetable that TUS Airways has become synonymous with.

Tus Airways has its main base at Larnaca International Airport and plans to operate flights to 16 various destinations in the first stage.

The Fokker jests are joining TUS Airways fleet which already includes quick and comfortable aircrafts, such as three Saab2000 aircraft with a capacity of 50 seats.
