Value of Cyprus' retail trade turnover rises 2.5% in March 2016

The turnover in the retail trade rose 2.5% in March 2016 compared to the respective month of 2015 in terms of value, the statistical service said recently.

In terms of volume, the turnover in the retail trade in the third month of the year rose an annual 8.4%, Cystat said in a statement on its website on Wednesday.

In the first quarter of the year, turnover in the retail sector rose an annual 1.8% in terms of value and 5.8% in terms of volume, Cystat said.
