Karlos provides tax advisory and compliance services for clients ranging from individuals to large multi-national corporations involved in banking and finance, natural resources, distribution, manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing as well as property and construction.
Karlos also provides business advisory and growth services to various clients that includes the establishment or transition of entities and funds; transaction services including due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation assistance; assistance with financial, management or project reporting; and ongoing accounting and statutory compliance requirements.

Rois is a founding partner of BDO Cyprus and manages our Limassol Office. He has spent over 25 years helping companies boost their bottom line though proactive Risk Management, Governance, Internal Audit, and Compliance and Project Management.
Rois works with owner managers, CEOs and CFOs, providing advice and support across the entire finance function. This includes the establishment or transition of entities; implementation or improvement of accounting systems, processes and procedures; assistance with financial, management or project reporting; and ongoing accounting and taxation compliance requirements.
Rois and his team also provide accounting, compliance and payroll outsourcing services for clients ranging from individuals to large multi-national corporations involved in banking and finance, natural resources, distribution, manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing as well as property and construction.
Beyond this, Rois supports clients with a range of consulting services including business valuations, due diligence reviews, as well as regular compliance issues such as the lodgment of income tax, VAT and payroll tax returns and annual financial statements.
