Andreas is the Managing Director and Founder of SPL Audit Cyprus, a dynamic audit, tax, and advisory firm serving international businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Since founding the firm in 2010, Andreas has transformed it into a fast-growing professional services provider, leading a team of qualified professionals including chartered accountants, tax advisors, and corporate consultants. Under his leadership, the firm offers a full spectrum of solutions ranging from audit & assurance to international tax structuring, financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and System and Organization Control (SOC) audits.

Holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia, Greece, combining a strong foundation in technology with professional expertise as a Chartered Accountant. A distinguished member of both the ICAEW and ICPAC, he bridges IT and finance to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

Starting his career at a leading Big Four firm, Andreas acquired comprehensive experience in audit, assurance, and international tax advisory services. This exposure equipped him with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, enabling him to advise a diverse clientele across sectors and geographies.

A forward-thinking leader, Andreas has a strong focus on emerging technologies and regulated industries. He recently completed the INSEAD Fintech Programme and has developed specialist expertise in serving FinTech, Electronic Money Institutions, Regulated Entities, and companies operating in deep tech including AI, VR, gaming, and software development.

Driven by his international outlook and commitment to client-centric service, Andreas recently expanded the firm’s footprint by launching a new branch in Dubai, providing clients with direct access to one of the world’s most strategic financial and business hubs.
