At the most recent Plenary session of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus yesterday, the House of Representatives has unanimously approved an amendment to the Companies Act (Cap. 113) in order to extend the deadline for the payment of the annual levy for the year 2021 for Cypriot companies until 31st December 2021.
