The session will explore how arbitration can remain commercially focused, efficient and proportionate, rather than becoming an overly procedural exercise that detracts from the business objectives of the parties. The discussion will consider the role of both counsel and arbitrators in keeping proceedings focused, managing complexity and ensuring that the process ultimately delivers meaningful value to those involved.

Held under the theme “Arbitration That Works – Efficiency. Expertise. Endgame.”, Vilnius Arbitration Day brings together leading practitioners from across the international arbitration community to discuss practical challenges and developments shaping the future of arbitration. The 2026 event will take place at the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania in Vilnius.

Marina’s participation reflects her active involvement in the international arbitration community and further strengthens Patrikios Legal’s international presence and engagement in cross-border dispute resolution.
